Another unforgettable gig at The Laneway Lounge. Rain always makes our preparation for gig a little more interesting. A good friend came by to see us for a bit. A lovely table what seems like a Father and Daughter date swaying and snapping to the Jazz. A few lovely ladies taping our performances of classic tunes like LOVE, The Glory of Love…We try to remember each guest’s smile and say thank you afterwards but sometimes there just isn’t enough time to do everything so we’d say it here: thank you all for all the love.
The evening didn’t end without a little pizzazz. The band we were opening for was not unfamiliar to us. Soul Machine kicked off the evening with some good ol’ soulful classics with their own touch of Joss Stone even in Stand By Me. We enjoyed the dynamics of the band and how they worked wonderfully together.

It was lovely and heartwarming catching the Winter Lights at Brookfield as we headed joyfully home from the city.
