We are so stoked we will be performing for South Perth Learning Centre Trivia Night this Saturday! At only $5 per person, you’d be enjoying a wonderful night of music, trivia games, and stand a chance to win a Mothers’ Day gift bag! Come celebrate ‘Neighbourhood Centre Week’ with all of us at SPLC this Saturday 11th May 2019, from 5:00pm – 8:00pm.

What is South Perth Learning Centre Trivia Night about?

Come celebrate “Neighbourhood Centre Week” with us this year and help us bring more awareness towards the importance of neighbourhood community centres.

Enjoy a fun game of trivia with a twist – categories and questions will be linked to South Perth and celebrating a community spirit. After each round tables will mark each-other’s answers. The winning table will win a lovely Mothers’ Day gift bag with lots of goodies!

This event is open to the public, so bring your friends and family and enjoy a wonderful evening! Drinks and nibbles will be served. This event is generously supported by Lotterywest and Linkwest! #NCW2019

SOLD OUT trivia night event at SPLC last night! Swipe to see Moonbeam’s boomerang talents. Loved playing/singing for everyone, and also helping out with the decor! Congrats also to the winning table that received the Mother’s Day gorgeous pink goodie bags. 💕 Thank you Valerie, Carmen, Bec, Janet, Kim… yay to team work! You guys were amazing, thanks for having us! The theme was pink but it wasn’t romance that they were celebrating. Love is in the air indeed with Mother’s Day, but it’s also Neighbourhood Centre Week. We cannot stress enough how the existence of NCs have helped us persona when we first moved to WA. Yes, community. But even just facilities that aid accessibility when one is new to a place! I love that they offer language, art, cooking, and other leisure courses courses at affordable rates. . Did you know that this non-profit organization depends mostly on volunteers? With only 1 paid staff there last night, the event wouldn’t have happened without the generous help of volunteers. At the moment there are 20 volunteers helping out in the organization, and more needed especially at the reception. So if you can, they are a great bunch to work with! .
